Every bespoke and made-to-measure piece is made for one person.
Bespoke and made-to-measure
We do not offer ordinary returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom or made-to-measure garments, including when plans change or a different style is preferred after approval or production.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a garment is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to applicable legal requirements.
If something is not right
Contact us promptly with your order details and, where helpful, photographs, so we can assess the matter and consider an appropriate remedy.
Ready-to-wear
Ready-to-wear pieces may have different return terms, shown when you buy.
