Delivery
Every piece is made for you, then shipped or collected.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days once your piece is ready, depending on where you are.
Shipping costs are paid by the client and confirmed with your order.
Collection
You can collect your piece in person from the studio, by appointment.
When it is ready
The estimated completion date is shared with you when you order. Production times depend on the complexity of the garment, materials and fittings.
Any outstanding balance is paid before your piece is released.
Orders needed within a short timeframe may carry a rush or express fee, subject to capacity.
